  1. Download registration form in http://ecsman5bks.blogspot.com/2015/03/english-contest-2015.html (download as .pdf)
  2. Fill the registration form
  3. Attach the registration form that already filled with your data, your student card, and your 3x4 photo via email to ec.sman5bks@gmail.com (you can scan it or insert the photo of it)
  4. You also can pay the registration fee by transfer to Bank Jawa Barat Banten KCP Pondok Gede's account a/n Fauzia Mariana 000 44 836 50 100
  5. Don't forget to include your payment receipt to our email
  6. The online registration will closed in April 13th,  2015
